Agrindus Institute Wardha offers a one year intensive training program in farming for the children of farmers from the suicide prone regions of Maharashtra. The students form companies, and own and operate the farms in an enterprise mode. They get familiarized with the farming, marketing and value addition aspects of farming during this training.
Currently about 35 students from Kalamb, Parli and Wardhs talukas of Maharastra are undergoing the Agrindus Training Program.
